During shipment or invoice entry even when computer is idle this error message will popup and it will stop printing from Epicor same time if we tried printing anything form word or excel we can able to print
except epicor only then i have to close the epicor refresh the screen once we re login then it will allow me to print anyone have the solution please suggest.

First place to start would be checking out the “System Monitor” (Task agent) to see if you are actually printing. Check the log.

Thanks for suggestion i have went through user personalization purge process its working fine now
