Problems running 803.404b from Windows Vista

Rob,

I just saw this message so I may be too late to help, but be sure to
install the latest service pack release for Crystal Reports. It seemed
that these issues went away for one of our users when we installed this.
Later we upgraded the user to Windows 7 and there has not been an issue
since.

Anyone else having little problems running 803.404b from Windows Vista?
The crystal print engine works, but yet I can't print an invoice. The
screens appear to function normally, but every so often some of the
trackers will not come up. The financial reports like income statement
the save as excel option locks the workstation up. This user has been
using Windows Vista for awhile but I'm just starting to see so many
areas that don't seem to work right. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
