Progress 9.1D patch

I was on the Progress site last week and read that Progress will no longer
release "patches". Instead, the will release "Service Packs" once every 3
months. The first Service Pack has been released.

I noticed that in the 5.2 install instructions that you are to apply the
progress patch. Epicor's support site does not show a patch for 9.1D. Am I
missing something, or is there no patch at this time?

Thank you

I think it was a generic advisement in case there was a patch. I skipped it
and so far all is fine.

Another thing I noticed in the instructions was in the section on Upgrading
Your Existing 5.10 Database. Step 1 part 2 for setting DLC did not make
sense because the Progress 9.1D directory is in EPIC52 not EPIC51 as it
states. So I used EPIC52 and it worked OK. Might not have made a
difference either way but seemed better as EPIC52.

We now have 5.20 on our test platform for users to evaluate differences from
4.0.
