Where you are pulling “Actual Lead” and how is “My Lead” calculated?
Here is what I have found (we are on 10.1.600 so perhaps this is fixed in a later verison)
The Field Help for Actual Lead Time in Purchase Advisor reads as follows: “The time, in days, from when the part was ordered until it was received.”
However, the Actual Lead Time field gets calculated as follows:
If the PO Release does not have a Due Date:
Actual Lead = Receipt’s Date minus the PO Header’s Order Date
If the PO Release does have a Due Date:
Actual Lead = Receipt’s Date minus the PO Release Due Date
In addition to this, this field uses Calendar days, including Saturdays and Sundays.
