I’m not sure if there aren’t parameters for that built into plant transfers/suggestions, but if you don’t have that or use it, and you’re using a dedicated operation to perform that, I would use a dedicated resource for it as well and use the queue time to force the delay (assuming it’s never the first operation at a given assembly level).

Subject: [Vantage] Question about setting time for move operation
we are using a move operation to accommodate for transit delay between two plants. Right now I am using 8 hour (by having a std time defaulted to 8 for that operation) delay. I was wondering if that is the best way to do it or can we change the time(move OR queue) on the resource group level to force the delay ?
Regards
Jay
