Quick Search issue with Alias UDCodes tables

Just wondering whether anybody has experienced weird behavior whilst creating a Quick Search where the underlying BAQ has alias copies of the same table?

If I select the yellow highlighted entry in the list, it puts it into the “Criteria Column” - upon pressing save, it swaps it out for the text in blue. As you can see I have 3 different columns where the ID is stored in UD07, but the user friendly text is stored in a UDCode.

Is this a bug that anybody has seen before, if nobody has then I’ll raise it with Epicor Support.

That’s a weird one… haven’t seen it before. Try using a Calculated field instead see if that works
That is make the calculated field pull from that field you want.

Genius - that does get it working, but raise the other one as a bug?

I am on 10.2.300, wonder if it’s already been fixed?
