I am looking at this now. My concern is it is not being pushed into a a folder outside of ECM or a folder in ECM that IDC can monitor. We have IDC “Trained” to scan the documents and put them in the folders in ECM we would like them to go. So right now they get attached to Order and Pack Slip folder and then show up inside of Kinetic. As the way I understand it now they will ALL sit in once folder called Quick Ship. I am not even sure if they will be search able by the data we have identified on the document.
