Quote tracker calculated costs different from v8 to v9

Do you have scrap on the material?  We found that in 9.05.702A, if there is scrap on the material and we are quoting less than 1,000 pieces, it does not calculate the scrap correctly.

We are in the process of validating data from our Epicor upgrade from v8 to v9.  We are finding that “some”, not all, of our quotes costs on the “worksheet” tab are different, not by a whole lot but nonetheless differenct, especially material costs  Has anyone else seen this behavior?  I have verified that the actual material costs are identical in both systems but the “calculated” costs that the Quote Tracker displays on the “worksheet” tab are different.  Any ideas?

I do not know if it was ever fixed.  We just live with it.

Sounds like it might be but since we have to “sign off” to Epicor that all the data is validated, I am hesitant to “live with it”.   Some material costs on our quotes are hundreds of dollars off in v9 than what they were in V8.   I’m currently going through the motions at Epicor having them look at it but so far they are scratching their heads apparently…..Weird thing is it’s not ALL of our quotes, some of them are IDENTICAL in both systems so I have no idea what happened in the conversion…
