I t was one, not it is two CSR who are having some printing issues. It is random and sporadic. But here is the issue. For a while everything works 100%, then randomly it will print maybe 4 out of the 6 page document. then it will not print but do a print preview. It will only change when you log off/on Epicor and only for a while. Then you have to restart the computer and it works for another few hours to a few days. Very random and can’t find any similarities between the two CSR’s. Thought it was a computer issue, but it seems to have spread to another user.
