Receipt Dataset XMLNS Receipt Entry pointing to www.epicor.com?

I was combing through an E10.2.500 tracelog today on the Receipt.UpdateMaster BO and came across a reference for the Receipt Dataset that has a XML Namespace that is pointed at “http://www.epicor.com/Ice/300/BO/Receipt/Receipt”.
Ive never seen this before… or maybe I just never noticed it. But why would an XMLNS be pointing to a Epicor.com URI? Im wondering if we set something up wrong.
