Craig,
Our method is to use the free tridiavnc package from www.tridiavnc.com. It works similar to PCAnywhere. There trick is in obtaining a connection from the outside if you have a firewall.
We send an email to an email account on the PC host, which then activeates (via Outlook 2000 rules) a batch file to activate the connection. We use a Domain Name Hosting service to map to a static IP address so that VNC knows where to connect each time. I can give you further details if you need.

Subject: [Vantage] Remote Access to Vantage
Would someone be willing to share their method for accessing Vantage
from remote locations? We need to implement something as soon as
possible and have no clue on the best way to do so. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
