Report Builder Reports-Applied Labor posted by week

Our management has requested that we provide the amount in hours and dollars
of applied labor each week. Has anyone heard of a report builder report for
something like this? We are on Vantage 4.00.814. Any help or suggestions
would be appreciated. We have no one proficient in report builder at our
site.
