Report Options Customization form not found

I have a custom SSRS report where I had edited the Report Options to have dropdown lists. This works fine in the Designer. When I go to Menu Maintenance and try to do a dropdown on the Customization, nothing is shown.

I am very sure this was working before.

I should be able to click the Report button, select the report and then its Customization should come along with it. I did do the Client Cache and removing Personalizations.

Gosh, yes it is MC. I was able to save the customization as something else and click the checkbox “All Companies”. The customization now shows up. Many thanks !
