Thanks for the advice on Shop Tracker... that sort of works :)

What they are looking is a list of people that are clocked into Data
Collection from previous days (i.e. forgot to clock out jobs, or at the end
of their shift - this happens way too much and they're trying to stop it).

I need to have a second report (Certificate of Compliance)triggered
to run based on certain Customer Numbers. I want this to happen after
the Packing slip is printed. I've played around with the Subreport
option in Crystal, but really need a separate report to print with
Vantage data other than that found in the Tables associated with the
Packing Slip. Any thoughts? Any way to trigger an Access report or
print out a Word Doc? Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Les
Does anybody have a report, Crystal or RB, showing the percentage of actual
set-up time charged to a job in relation to the actual total time charged?

Hello all,

I'm pretty new at writing (or just finding) reports, so please excuse my
questions if they seem simple :)

I have been asked for a report that shows all shop employees currently
clocked in to Data Collection. Does something like this exist, or does
someone have such a report they would be willing to share? If not, does
anyone have suggestions on fields I can use to get started?

Thank you very much in advance,

We use the "Labor Edit Report" to look at the information on a daily basis. Try Job Management, Report and then Labor Edit. You can print it for specific departments or employee or the entire company. It will give you a ton of information about clock in/out and labor transactions.

Jamie,

There is a report posted on this egroups file which you can download.
We use the report every day to monitor and correct shop payroll clocking
in and out errors.
