RMA Open Checkbox

Hello gurus,

What is the logic behind RMA Open checkbox? At what stage does it get greyed out?
Users want to close RMA but the Open checkbox is greyed.

I believe that this checkbox is used by the system and is checked closed upon the disposition of the RMA. I don’t think it is closed manually.

I could be wrong but it may be once all lines on the RMA have been received. Once received, the RMA portion is complete and the Inspection process starts. I’d need to check though.

I believe that once a line has been received and dispositioned in full, the line closes. The RMA closes when all the lines are closed.
