Sales Invoice Format

We use a software program called PrintBoss for all of our Forms. On our Invoices
we add Misc Charges and Freight (we don't deal with sales tax).

Total 227.00 USD

Probably a little light on the freight but you get the idea. And their could be other misc items that will appear on other invoices.
