These are standard Crystal forms in Application version 6.00 or
5.20 If
the customer has Crystal Reports 8.5, check the version. It
should be
8.5.2.718 only. Versions prior to the 8.5.2.718 were known to
cause data
to disappear.

The customer can download the latest hot fix; cr85mainwin_en.zip
and the
compile and distribute patch for 8.5: scr8_distr_expert.exe
from:
\MFG6\crystal\crystal85_all_patches.zip on the ftp site,
ftpmpls.epicor.com. Both of these should be applied - first the
cr85mainwin_en.zip and then the scr8_distr_expert.exe., finally
the
Crystal Decisions database and export patch.exe

If you still have problems with Crystal forms dropping data even
with
the appropriate patch as stated above, do a search on the
problem
workstation for: msvcp60.dll and p2bxbse.dll. Check the version
of each
of these files and compare it to the version of the files in the
eMFG\dll folder or \MfgSys60\dll or \mfgsys61\dll folder. If the
versions differ, rename the files on the workstation and copy
the files
from the eMFG\dll folder or \MfgSys60\dll folder.

It may be necessary delete the contents of the local working
directory.
For 6.00, that is the C:\epicor\mfgwk60 folder. For 6.10, that
is the
C:\epicor\mfgwrk61 folder.

If you have questions on this process, call technical support.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

These patches would be applied to the workstations that have
Crystal
only. But the two .DLLs refrenced above may need to be replaced
on any
Windows machine.
