Sales Order Total

You are correct, I was mixing my PO and SO trying do too many things at
the same time. And yes, linking OrderRel to the ShipTo is getting messy
but possible.

Actually, for Sales Orders the misc charges are in OrderMsc and the line
number is 0 (or null) for header charges.

Sorry, I meant the OrderRel to the ShipTo. Yes, it includes the
ShipToNum but
you have to link back to the OrderDtl to get the Customer Id. Makes a
BAQ
backlog more difficult than it needs to be.

How do you get the "Sales Order Total" in "Summary" or the Sales Order
Entry screen to display on a BAQ?

I'm looking for the table/field this information is located in.
Version 8.0

Thanks,

OrderHed (who, where), OrderDtl (what, how much), and OrderRel (when).

You can add the Extended Price (ExtPrice) from OrderDtl and then Show
Summaries to get the order total.

What info are you looking for in a BAQ that's not in the Order Tracker
lists? All the data is available here but you may need to reorganize
and/or do some simple customization to it.

Misc. charges, which are tricky because the quantity is based on a flag that
indicates that the charge occurs: for each shipment, for the first shipment,
or for every shipment.

I wish that OrderRel contained all of the keys required to link back to the
header...

You can do misc charges to the order (POHedMisc) or to line (POMisc) and
both are displayed in the Order Tracker.

I'm not sure what you mean by the second statement. Of course you can
link the OrderRel to OrderHed. The key fields in the OrderHed are
OrderNum and Company, both of which are in the OrderRel record.
