Hi, has anyone had experience in using Vantage for field related
operations? We often have to diagnose problems on customer site and
sometimes have to disassemble components in order to bring jobs back
to our machine shop. An example of this may be testing, disassembling
and repairing a hydraulic cylinder for a crane on a ship. How would
we schedule and track the progress of such a job that may take 10-15
days off-site before being scheduled for machining in our machine
shop? What is the best way for us to enter information regarding the
progress of a job that is being done off-site? Any ideas would be
appreciated.
