Labor reported scrap data can been found in the LaborDtl records. You can then extrapolate how much JobMtl was lost as a result of the labor reported scrap (by creatively joining in at least the JobOper table).
Inventory, PO receipt or Job Material inspected/failed/DMR-dispositioned-to-scrap data can be found in the PartTran table by filtering on the TranType (see the data dictionary).
Not knowing your business process (and how you are executing it in Vantage) or exactly what type(s) of scrap you are trying to capture, it's hard to elaborate further. You'll likely need to join other tables in creative ways (with suitable limiting critieria) in order to get what you want. It also may require more than a single BAQ (depending upon what you want).
You may also want to join in the Part & PartCost tables (depending upon which costing method you wish to use to value the scrap)... Depending upon the version of Vantage you are on, I would not blindly use the costs in the JobMtl or PartTran tables. I'd do some homework to make sure your version is giving the costs (based on the cost ethods you desire) out of these tables... I seem to recall some versions were sketchy on the validity of the stored JobMtl and PartTran costs.
As I'm tpying this (again - dependent upon how you are uysing Vantage) - you may be able to leverage the DMR tables as a shortcut - but again, I advise you to validate the reported costs in the records.
