I should note, this did not resolve the issue. I had the user remove this and Epicor is still slow.

Without getting rid of some random security updates to see if there is now yet another culprit the only suggestion I have is stemming from an experience that ERPSysAdmin had in the other topic. They removed the KB4562830 which is the 20H2 Enablement Package and that helped their situation. I’m wondering if something is being included in that update.

What’s the install date on that KB of that machine?

I ran into something strange earlier this week that I just feel I should mention. You guys might think I’m crazy but…

We had a laptop that installed updates on Monday morning and the user said it took a long time for the updates to be applied (I’m assuming it was updating to 20H2). Then immediately after the update she said that Epicor was running slow. The laptop is on W10 20H2 (now). A co-worker of mine uninstalled KB5000802 on it but it did not help speed-up Epicor for her. So I found KB4562830 which was also installed on Monday so I uninstalled that update and now Epicor is running “normal” for her. I can’t explain it but that’s what happened. Just FYI.
