Shortages For Production Parts on 8.03

I want to list production part shortages on my kit list

the only file I can find them in is "pplanmtl" which is populated in the
planner workbench

is there any where else to save having to run the planner workbench ?

also can someone give me some pointers for linking it into the datafile
keyed to jobhead-part

I have a speciel version of the kit list that shows shortage parts, this
is where i nead to print the jobs and shortages this kit

header part wil clear .
