Does anyone currently archive data out of there current E10 setup? Our production instance handles large amounts of transactions and we are currently in the process of migrating to E10 from E7. We would like to know if Epicor has a procedure for an archive process or if anyone have come up with a process on there own. Thanks,
There is the Purge and summarize process but it doesn’t archive the data it … Does as it says and purges details and summarizes transactions.

We will have the same problem when we move to E10 and are currently planning on copying the tables (PartTran for us) into another DB then run the Purge Summarize. We can then create an external BAQ on the historic data and put it into the context menu so users can just right click on a part number and view the historic trans.
