SSRS column headings and additional pages

I have been self teaching how to create SSRS reports. I have made a report and it works just the way I want it to except I have 2 printing problems.

1.) The column heading don’t repeat on other pages. I do have the Column Headers repeat header flag set

2.) While i am in Report builder the report generates on 2 pages. But after i upload the the report page 1 prints on page 1 and page 2 prints on page 3. Pages 2 and 4 are blank except for the report header.

Please help. What am i doing wrong or missing?

Pretty common that some element/section in the report is a little wide…so when printed parts will fall outside the pages boundaries, generate a blank page.

Tried adding a group and moving headers to that group, or another section?

Solved the blank pages…Thanks It was in the page header. But no luck with the column headers

Maybe try setting the “repeat on new page” property for your static row group that comprises the column headers?

I can honestly say that those tablix properties are very confusing.

I’d think that “Header Row” refers to the top row above the columns.

And a “Row Header” is the left most column.

But the section “Row Headers” has a property referring to “Header rows”.

WHICH IS IT?

Found it!!! The first column static row group needed to be set to RepeatOnNewPage TRUE. Thanks Tanesh.
