Hi All

Im trying to pull serial numbers from sales kit onto the epicor invoices,

I managed to get serial numbers from individual items working however the items in a saleskit will not populate.

In the default packing slip they have a calc_dspserialnumber, but I read that we cannot add calc fields onto other RDD.

Can anyone point out what needs to be done for serial numbers in saleskit to be populated in invoices

First off, do you have your Kits marked as print detail on invoice?

Do you mean marking print components on customer documents under part maintenance->part tab->sales tab->sales kits?

If so yes i have marked that but it still does not show the serial.

If its not there can you point me in the right direction.

also i didnt mention on individual items serialnumbers do populate on the invoice

Yes, that was what I was referencing.

I’m going from memory, but it should be working then as it is already in the out of the box invoice. I am currently on 8 and need to wait for my 10 environment to be installed before I can go and double check the report.

That was actually the issue, someone missed that checkbox on only one of the saleskit.
