I am working on modifying my POform template in SSRS builder and I cannot get away from the header of the body repeating for every line. How could I possibly get away from that? I’m not seeing anything that is telling the header to repeat for ever line.
It is in group 2 which is a PO Line group. You could try moving it to a po header group and have it repeat with every page
You can check the group properties. You can click on the little arrow in the and click advanced mode and click on one of the static members and check it’s properties as well.
@Mike
How do I move a row that is in one group to another group?
I checked Group 2 properties and nothing is stated on repeating header rows
Hi Matthew,
Is the header supposed to be a Report or Page Header? I am assuming Page, if you right-click on the space beside the report form, do you see something like this:
?
HTH,

It is actually a table header that is repeating for each row in the table
If you select the rectangle that allows you to see the tablix rows, you can then right click on the last row before group two takes over. Then, click insert row below. Then very carefully move the stuff up a row and delete the row you are no longer using, or make it small with some shading so you have a boarder between lines still since it may get messy without it there if you have lots of comments and releases on the PO.
Related to your response to @Alan_Hua, he is talking about the little arrow in the picture below. If you click, you can make the static members visable. Then, you can right click on one and it shows more properties. This doesn’t matter for your first step here, because it is always going to repeat with each PO Line since it is in the PO Line group, regardless of the properties. You will want to go in here after you move the rectangle into the PO Header group though to confirm it repeats on every new page. I am guessing it does though since you would want that to happen no matter what so you never have a page with no line header on it.
Gotcha, okay. Looks like Mike is on top of it… I won’t clutter up the landscape until we see if that helps you!
This worked! Thank to all
But I did run into a small issue and being new to Report Builder I’m struggling to solve. I added a new line and it auto created 2 columns on that line. Now I do not know how to merge the columns into one or delete a column because I only want one column
Awesome! That did it. Again Thank You all
