If you're in 700C then they've removed it from the menu and you need to re add it.
You need to create a new menu item calling Epicor.mfg.UI.subProcessEntry.dll as the program.
Hope that helps

In 9.05, I think what you are looking for is in Utilities > Process Calling
Maintenance

Subject: [Vantage] sub process maintenance in 9.05
I've made a modification in MES for it to call a customized Scheduling
board. Problem is I get the "Menu ID thedllIneed.dll is notvalid from the
MES Menu". In 9.04 I would go to Sub Process Maintenance set up the program.
In 9.05 I can't find Sub Process Maintenance. Am I just overlooking it? Is
there a different way of doing this?
