The (STSVndrScore.rpt) file is the main report with BAQ (SCC-STSVndrScore.xml) and BAQRpt (STSVndrScore.xml). I added the Summary version as a Style with Crystal form (STSVndrScoreSum.rpt).

Does anyone have a Crystal Report or a good dashboard, query that they've created for supplier performance reporting?

I've seen the shopvision screens, but that is not a quick and easy way to report on a recurring schedule to our suppliers.

Surely a user out there somewhere has had this same problem?

Thanks for the help!
If you are a SQL customer I have queries I can send to you to create
views and then either use Crystal Reports or ASP to display it.

I'd like 'em. Maybe upload them to the Files section?

I wish we were on SQL to take advantage of your files, Vic - but we're on Progress. :-(

By coincidence, I was just asked to develop some PO and vendor performance reports - and this morning is the first time that I've taken the time to look at the Executive Dashboards and the Supplier Performance in Shopvision specifically; it is pretty ugly! That being said - at least there is a system BAQ already written that I can hijack, customize and use to create my own dashboard and reports.

Vic:

Epicor is aware that supplier performance is not working on 408B.

I would be interested in those queries to extract data.

Did you upload to yahoo files, how can you send to me?

Thanks in advance,

Oscar

Hi Oscar,

Could you be more specific? What exactly has Epicor acknowledged as "not working" in 407b with Supplier Performance? (We're on 407c, so I'm guessing that it wasn't addressed in time for the 407c release.)

Thanks -

Are you in Epicor 9 or 8? We are on Vantage 8.03.408B

And our call correspondence was see "PROBLEM" and "RESPONSE" below:

PROBLEM
We are trying to populate the ShopVision - Supplier Performance tracker and
are unable to get it to work. We ran the process set for all the icons in
that folder, however, supplier performance is the only one that doesnt work.

RESPONSE from Epicor:

Some text from your recent issue with the Supplier Performance screen is
enclosed below. The problem is address on Change Request Page 29990mps,
summary enclosed below, and its related SCR 62304 is targeted to be fixed on
the 8.03.410 service pack release.

Thanks

Oscar

Hi Oscar,

Thanks on this. I misunderstood and thought that you're on 407b and not 408b.

Again - we're on 407c, I just ran it and it looks fine (ugly, but fine). I wonder if it was OK up to at least 407c and then broke somewhere between 407c and 408b?

Bummer. If you like, I can send a copy of the system BAQ from 407c and you can try it on your Test 408b - just let me know.

I have a (very simple) query and Crystal report that my purchasing people asked for... what kind of data are you looking for?

We're on 406A and the ShopVision tracker is useless. There are other issues we're having that are addressed in the 410 release also, so now I'm REALLY looking forward to that. Any idea on a date?

With Epicor, ShopVision, and service packs, I sort of feel like
Charlie Brown with Lucy holding the football.

"No really, its fixed in 410. I promise I *won't* take away the
football this time."

Service pack comes out, and somehow I'm still on my butt.

I believe the words you're looking for are, "Oh, good grief!".

I have a (very simple) query and Crystal report that my purchasing
people asked for... what kind of data are you looking for?

We're on 406A and the ShopVision tracker is useless. There are other
issues we're having that are addressed in the 410 release also, so now
I'm REALLY looking forward to that. Any idea on a date?

Yeah, ShopVision has been promised to be fixed since 6.1 I think. ;-)

I have a very simple "Supplier Score-Card" BAQReport (Crystal) that evaluates on-time/late PO Releases and Units received. You can select specific Vendors, Recv-Dt time frame and either Detail or Summary versions of the report. I can upload the BAQ, BAQReport and Crystal if you need it in the Files section.

Regards.

We're on Progress so I don't know that it would help.

Thanks for the offer though.

Good afternoon all.

I created a folder in the Files section called "Supplier ScoreCard Report". You will find the BAQ, the BAQReport and the Crystal files to import to Vantage. We are in 8.03.407. The (STSVndrScore.rpt) file is the main report with BAQ (SCC-STSVndrScore.xml) and BAQRpt (STSVndrScore.xml). I added the Summary version as a Style with Crystal form (STSVndrScoreSum.rpt).

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards.
