I'm not super familiar with crystal, but yes, check and see if there is
a page number reset somewhere (sometimes I use them for the entire
details section, for example).
If that isn't true, try adding a "whileprintingrecords;" before your
formula. If it tries before the page number has been determined it
probably returns a null hence the text not being suppressed. If that
doesn't do it, I have some notes somewhere that I could dig up on this
issue.

I'm pulling my hair out because Crystal 8 doesn't seem to like any of
the formulas I try to use to suppress a text object in the page footer
after page 1 has printed. It seems like it should be so easy and yet I'm
