Suppressing text object after page 1

I'm not super familiar with crystal, but yes, check and see if there is
a page number reset somewhere (sometimes I use them for the entire
details section, for example).

If that isn't true, try adding a "whileprintingrecords;" before your
formula. If it tries before the page number has been determined it
probably returns a null hence the text not being suppressed. If that
doesn't do it, I have some notes somewhere that I could dig up on this
issue.

I'm pulling my hair out because Crystal 8 doesn't seem to like any of
the formulas I try to use to suppress a text object in the page footer
after page 1 has printed. It seems like it should be so easy and yet I'm
getting the weirdest results that don't make sense.

Under the suppress option I've typed :

PageNumber > 1

But it's not working...........

If you create a formulae with just the page number in it and place it in
the footer, does it count up incrementally?

Just wondering in case you had any page number 'resets' set elsewhere
and the screen was calculating it in a different way

Bit of a long shot though
