Task Agent in Epicor 9.05.700C Progress will not start due to recid not being able to be deleted

Hi all,

We had a big problem over our weekend and we got most of it fixed but now Epicor Task Agent refuses to function properly. This is what it says in the appserver logs:

So our database comes up and runs but we cannot process anything. I have been working all night on this problem and really need some Epicor expertise to solve it. Please call me as soon as you are able to. Would sure appreciate it.
