Is there a way to add a unit cost on a job for a part that is not part
of your part master?

If you need the final item unit cost, take the job costs from the job
assembly table (Assembly 0) and divide by the job Quantity.
If you are talking about a material then you can just add the unit cost
into the Job material line even if the part is a non part master one
