It’s very easy for me to sit here and say that in the grand scheme of things, those are not big numbers… but if YOU are the only one doing all the work, it sure looks like a really big hill to climb. Take heart! Once the climb starts it will smooth out some… and we’ll always be here to offer encouragement!

Thanks for the pep talk! While I’ll be the one doing all the work here, I’m not sweating it. Back in the day, I walked into a new job and within a few weeks, I was knee-deep in an E9-to-E10 migration. Mind you, I’d never used Epicor before and was suddenly the captain of a ship with over 100 customizations and endless BAQs and BPMs.
But hey—the migration was a success. Going from Progress to SQL and swapping out the Classic interface for the Modern one was like trading in a horse for a spaceship. Compared to that, this little E10-to-Kinetic migration is like upgrading from a bicycle to a scooter.
As for my current userbase, they seem fairly competent, and I’ve got my fingers crossed that they’ll roll with the changes without too much fuss!
