V8.03.405a Ops Auto-resequence

Thanks, Charlie.

It is merely to make it easier for some of our folks to fill out time cards correctly. If one sees Seq 913, then one uses WC 913.

But why? A sequence number is just a sequence number, why should it matter what the number is?
