Vantage 5.1 BOM and Vantage 6.1 Engineering Workbench

I don't use it but our engineers do. The basic premise is checking out parts to make changes to the BOM and then checking them back it to make the changes effective. On the check-in it requires entering notes for what the change was. Great if you are in a highly regulated environment that needs strict change tracking but a bit of extra work with not much benefit if not. Hence the loud complaining by our engineers when they first enountered it. Eventually they settled down. So...suggestion, make sure anyone impacted by it is well aware of the changes in advance and has tested and tried it on a test server. Otherwise expect a revolt beause there is no alternative or option for turning it off.
