Vantage 6.0 - Data Collection Time

I would suspect that you haven't patched all of your computers for
daylight saving. Microsoft has a tool called tzedit.exe that you can
use, especially useful if your computers are not Windows XP or higher.

check and make sure the time zones are all set the same on the workstations and servers.
