I have an issue with a shop employee that is stuck in our Vantage 6.1
data collection. I cannot seem to clear his data collection nor punch

Get everyone is out of data collection or at the end of the day, run
conversion program 7428 "End Activity on Labor Detail Transactions" and
7429 "End Activity on Labor Header Transactions" and that should do the
trick.

You need to request a utility program (clockout.r I think) from support.
I just received one today for a different issue. It took a week....
