Does anybody know if it possible to get information on triggers within vantage? We need to create some custom alerts that can't be done through BAQ but I need to to get an understanding of some triggers. Specifically, I need to know what triggers are initiated when we create a customer shipment entry.
Does anybody know if it's possible to get this information from vantage? I don't need the code, just and understanding of what should happen when a shipment entry is made.
Any ideas?
