Vantage - 6.10.526 - Salesperson Workbench

I'm tired of the b.s. answers and the very poor programming and system
quality or design.

It is very basic CRM stuff.

And that was it...they offered no other help? We've had problems
with the PIPELINE information since we installed it, but until we ran
this little test database with only a few records had no idea why the
figures were always so far off. Now we can clearly see that the sales
order and the invoice are both being added into the MTD figures.
Then, when the month changes, it somehow either drops the order or
drops the invoice $$ and that's why sometimes the Pipeline $$ appear
close. It's such an important part of why people buy CRM, I'm
shocked that Epicor can't answer the question.

We are trying to get the MTD Actual, MTD Quarter, and MTD Annual
figures to show correctly on the Salesperson Workbench.

We entered a few orders in a test database, and invoiced one of the
orders.

The MTD figures shows the total order backlog amount, plus the
invoice total...which throws the totals off by that invoice amount.

Example...

Order 1 - $50.00
Order 2 - $100.00
Order 3 - $150.00
Order 4 - $200.00

We shipped and invoiced order 2...for $100.00.

The total MTD figures should show as $500.00...the backlog plus what
has been invoiced however, it shows as $600.00.

Does anyone know why?
