All I can say is wow. I had a major bug last year and it took them 2 weeks
to get fixed, it was a very major accounting issue so I feel your pain.

quote using the Order Job Wizard for the last several weeks. We normally use
part id's in the quote lines that are not in the part master and we add mfg
details then simply pull them into the job.

We have started experiencing strange things in Vantage 6.0. All of a
sudden, our Prod Ctrl dept's work orders are not pulling the correct
information. We called "Support" and they told us to re-index the
database. Once that was done, our Receiving dept was only able to
receive goods sporatically. "Support" was called again and again we
were told to re-index the database. Wouldn't work so we sent the
database to them. Same issues starting up again. Anyone seen this in
their company?
