IMHO, this type of pop-up message will only work for a little bit. Pretty
soon, your users will get used to hitting "OK" to your message box without
thinking.
It's like when I close off Excel/Word. I never save then close - I simply
close, then hit my space bar when the "do you want to save your changes"
message pops up, the focus is on the "yes" button. In my mind, Close is now
"Alt-F4 Space". Invariably, when I open up something, make changes, and
DON'T want to save, I have to be very careful, because I'll hit "Alt-F4
Space" without thinking.
Is there any way you can determine programmatically whether pricing may be
incorrect? For example, if there are zero prices in the system. If you pop
up the message only periodically, it becomes much more effective.

That's basically what I want... I want a message to pop up that says "Is
Pricing Correct?" if yes then proceed if no then cancel. Ideally I
would like this to only happen with orders for Customer X but I can live
with it popping up for everyone.

Do you want to propt with "Are yous rue you want to Close?"
Or just a simple message? if its a simple message what John said would
work
fine. If you want to be able to "roll back" then you can use a
customization
fire BeforeSalesOrderAdapter and do simple Message.Show("Are you sure
you
want to close?") with yes or no buttons , if no then cancel the event.
Let
me know if this is what you are looking for and i'll give you more
details.
