We are running Vantage 8.03 305H on SQL Server. Occasionally, our WAN
will lose connection with Vantage users on the other end. When that
happens our Vantage server seems to spawn a bunch (30+) of appservers
with most of them locked. I read a little teaser about a suspend
account function, but couldn't find anything more. Epicor was more
concerned about troubleshooting the break in connectivity than helping
with the cleanup.
