Hi Robert,

That helps with the seling/sod qty, but in the BAQ, how can you add a calculated field which will total up how many of each part you have sold.

In other words, the BAQ will show one line for each different part that you have sold and add a total columnt displaying the total number of parts sold?

In the dashboard, I then want to be able to select a date range and for it to show me a total in that date range.

Obviously I can total them in the dashboard, but it's not ideal.

Any help would be appreciated.

ShipHead & ShipDetail to start. Depending upon what kind of detail your looking for, you may have to also pull in OrderHed, OrderLine, OrderRel (or perhaps even the invoice tables).

I have been asked to create a BAQ / Dashboard which will display the number of parts sold between specific dates, and the number of parts sold over a 3mnth and 6mnth period.

I am comfortable with the Dashboard side of things, but I dont know where to start with the BAQ.

Which tables do I need to be looking for to find a record of all parts that have been sold to customers?

Any help as usual would be greatly appreciated.
