We have MultiCompany with two companies set up in the same database. We are seeing parts in both companies. We have no business need to see suppliers and customers in both so those aren't set up as global, but customers worked when I was testing. I have several emails that Epicor support sent me when I first set up that I can send you if you're interested. We're in version 8.03.405.
