Is there any way you could send me a screen shot of what you are getting
to my email address. Those images don't work through the user's group.

Developer mode from the tools menu.
I'm not trying to modify anything at this point, I would like any
dashboard in the system at all to come up. As it stands, the list is
there in developer mode, I can select it to open it, I can click OK and
it acts like it's going to load, the nothing.
I did verify dashboard authority for the developer side, but keep in
mind system dashboards from the menu come up blank as well (they are a
pretty plain window titled Tracker instead of Dashboard with no results
whatsoever).

Please clarify developer mode as it would apply to dashboards.
There is a developer mode from the Vantage main menu Tool bar that
allows you to perform customizations to existing programs. There is
also a developer mode for the dashboards but it is initiated by
selecting Developer from the Tools menu once the dashboard is open.
Developer mode from the main Vantage menu does not apply to dashboards
since you really cannot customize the dashboard UI. Ensure that your
User ID has dashboard authority (Dashboard Developer selected on the
User security tab). Also, you cannot modify system dashboards; you must
first copy them to a new dashboard.

Subject: [Vantage] Vista to Vantage Dashboard problem
We're in the process of migrating to Vantage. We have what will be our
new server up and running with a copy of our database that we're testing
all of our business processes on.
So far, so good....save for Dashboards.
I cannot open any dashboard in developer mode - system or homemade. I
get no error message, it acts like it's going to open, but nothing shows
up. If I try to open a dashboard from the menu, it opens a "tracker"
window with nothing in it.
I have a call in, but thought perhaps someone here might have a solution
that would save me the time of waiting for a call back.
Thanks,
Ken
