Hello everyone,
My company was using the serial number feature in Epicor. When a quality issue occurs, it is used to track the affected product.
But, we decided to introduce a different production system and quality tracking system. So we will no longer be using the serial number feature in Epicor.
What settings do we need to change in order to no longer use the serial number function in Epicor?
