Is there additional licensing which would enable Lower-Level Serial Tracking? It is greyed out in our Site Config.

If you are trying to change SN settings after having already implemented, there are some hoops to jump through to be able to change those values. I recommend pulling up the help for that screen as I believe the criteria to make them editable is there.

Thanks John! Fortunately, I was playing in a test environment, so I just adjusted out all S/N items.
