Where used screen is only displaying one level up. The buttons to track up and down are greyed out. I am able to run a where used report and see the additional upper levels but prefer not to have to run a report everytime. For example in this case we have
dowel pin - used in
sub assy - used in
ML list - used in
Finished good
In the attached photo I can see the dowl pin is used in the next level sub assy. I should be able to keep tracking up until I find the finished good but am having no luck with Kinetics. Has anyone ran into this or could I have some kind of permissions problem?
