I've set up a couple of windows 2000 pro and server installations with
vantage 3 and 5, and have run into no issues.

We've been using 2000 Server with Vantage on it since last April. No major problems.

Our Test Server - soon to be live server - is Windows 2000 Server. Works fine in test mode, so far.
