Please know that Job Adjustment will not affect Inventory Quantities. At least not in Vantage 8.03.408B. I can't speak about Epicor 9.
Job Adjustment will update the Job Detail, even updating the material issued quantity, but it really is only affecting the cost on the job. If the top level item has not been shipped or received to inventory or even to another job, then you can still use the Issue Material process, otherwise you will need to do a Quantity Adjustment to remove the material from Inventory and Job Adjustment to update the Cost on the Job.
