Wrong Sales ORder Shipped qty

All,
Karen helped me and the way to solve this it to open the order, open the line, open the release. Go to the release tab in sales order entry and go to the list view. THere a column there called Our stcok shiped qty. you can change the shipped qty there. NOTE: if you dont see the column you have to unhide in developer mode. thanks everyone!

On the sales order release, the shipped qty can be MANUALLY changed in 8.03.409c...One of our Customer Service persons did this (instead of changing the qty required) and shipping was surprised that the qty was already shipped. i open the order, line, release and i cant change the total shipped qty. it is greyed out. whats intereting is that we shipped less than what it says we shipped. We shipped what the order required.

Did you try to open the release first? I would think the release needs to be open.

When trying to change a shipped quantity, I believe you have to open the
packing slip and edit it there.

Karen,
i reopened the order, line, release. the total shipped qty was greyed out.

Fay,
I can t edit the pack because the order was invoiced already. my roster of order shows a negative amount bc it says we shipped more than what they order but we physically and in vantage packing slip and invoices show the qty that we only shipped which is the order quantities.

Checking the shipment status dashboard - does that match what you show in your shipping records? Or do you maybe have something still shown in the "pending" tab?

on the status shipment dashboard, the quantities shipped match the shipping records, which match the order qty but it shows that i tripled my qty shipped in the sales order
