Karen helped me and the way to solve this it to open the order, open the line, open the release. Go to the release tab in sales order entry and go to the list view. THere a column there called Our stcok shiped qty. you can change the shipped qty there. NOTE: if you dont see the column you have to unhide in developer mode. thanks everyone!
